All of us support this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without offering it a doubt. Here's where I vary from the rest of you. Up until September, I had been similar to you. We have a no cigarette smoking policy in our house, implemented on the majority (me & my dad) by the minority (my mom). This indicates that whenever we wish to smoke, we have to stand at the back entrance. From here, you can see the entrance to our neighbour's house and the fronts of two houses across the street. After smoking almost continually when the anxiety embeded in, I started to notice the comings and goings of individuals in the street. I began to detect when the mums strolled their kids to school when they returned when they went out shopping, when they took the pet dog for a walk, and when they beinged in the garden. With absolutely nothing else to do, my mind filed away the routine times and I would discover myself unconsciously having a cigarette when these ladies tackled their day-to-day regimens.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with the majority of the people who walk past your home. I began with a friendly hello and advanced to the point where I usually stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. The majority of people would disrupt me now, and state that most women at home do what I do, chat and stop with the other women. I have 2 replies. One, I'm male, and two, you do not know the half of everything. I think it's time I gave you a complete picture of our street and individuals who survive on it. It will come in beneficial later on. It's a really little street, 8 semi-detached houses and 1 removed (that's 5 structures in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a uninhabited home, and then beside that is. Next up is Graham's house, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's home, she's a huge Irish female in her 60's. Last on this site is the removed home where Steve and Mandy live with their 2 teenage kids.

On the right-hand side of the road, we start with Linda's home. Next is our house. Last on the row was a chap who worked somewhere in the City.
