November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with many of the individuals who walk past the house. I began with a friendly hello and advanced to the point where I typically walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. A lot of individuals would interrupt me now, and state that most ladies at home do what I do, stop and talk with the other women.
