We have a no smoking cigarettes policy in our house, implemented on the majority (me & my daddy) by the minority (my mom). This means that whenever we wish to smoke, we have to stand at the back entrance. From here, you can see the entryway to our neighbour's home and the fronts of 2 homes across the street. After smoking nearly continually when the depression set in, I started to see the comings and goings of individuals in the street. I started to pick up on when the mums walked their kids to school when they returned when they headed out shopping, when they took the pet for a walk, and when they sat in the garden. With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the routine times and I would find myself subconsciously having a cigarette when these females went about their everyday routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of individuals who walk past the house. I started with a friendly hey there and progressed to the point where I usually walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. The majority of people would disrupt me now, and state that a lot of females at home do what I do, stop and chat with the other women. I have 2 replies. She's a 70 odd-year-old widower, who is constantly first with any chatter. Next up is Graham's house, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's house, she's a big Irish female in her 60's. Then last on this website is the separated house where Steve and Mandy cope with their two teenage boys. They remain in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the road, we begin with Linda's house. She just recently separated from her hubby and remains in the procedure of moving. She remains in her mid 30's and has two pre-teen children Emma and Becky. Next is our home. I haven't introduced myself yet, so now would be a great time.
