We all go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without offering it a 2nd thought. I began to pick up on when the mums strolled their kids to school when they returned when they headed out shopping, when they took the dog for a walk, and when they beinged in the garden. With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would discover myself subconsciously having a cigarette when these females went about their everyday regimens.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with the majority of individuals who stroll past the house. I began with a friendly hey there and progressed to the point where I generally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. Most people would disrupt me now, and state that most ladies at home do what I do, chat and stop with the other women. I have 2 replies. One, I'm male, and 2, you do not know the half of it all. It's a really little street, 8 semi-detached homes and 1 detached (that's 5 buildings in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a uninhabited home, and after that next to that is. Next up is Graham's home, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's house, she's a huge Irish woman in her 60's. Last on this site is the removed house where Steve and Mandy live with their 2 teenage kids.

On the right-hand side of the roadway, we start with Linda's home. Next is our home. Last on the row was a bloke who worked somewhere in the City.
