From here, you can see the entrance to our neighbour's home and the fronts of 2 houses across the street. I started to pick up on when the mums strolled their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the pet dog for a walk, and when they sat in the garden.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the individuals who walk past the house. I started with a friendly hey there and advanced to the point where I usually walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. A lot of individuals would disrupt me now, and state that a lot of women at home do what I do, stop and chat with the other ladies. It's a very little street, 8 semi-detached houses and 1 detached (that's 5 buildings in all). Next is Sheila's home, she's a big Irish female in her 60's. Last on this site is the detached home where Steve and Mandy live with their 2 teenage boys.

On the right-hand side of the roadway, we begin with Linda's house. Next is our home. Last on the row was a bloke who worked somewhere in the City.
