From here, you can see the entryway to our neighbour's house and the fronts of 2 homes throughout the street. I started to pick up on when the mums strolled their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the pet for a walk, and when they sat in the garden.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the individuals who stroll past the house. I began with a friendly hi and progressed to the point where I usually stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. Most individuals would interrupt me now, and say that most women at house do what I do, talk and stop with the other women. It's a very small street, 8 semi-detached houses and 1 detached (that's 5 buildings in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a uninhabited house, and then next to that is. where Jody lives. She's a 70 odd-year-old widower, who is constantly first with any gossip. Next up is Graham's home, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's house, she's a huge Irish female in her 60's. Then last on this website is the removed home where Steve and Mandy deal with their 2 teenage children. They are in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the road, we begin with Linda's house. Next is our home. Last on the row was a bloke who worked someplace in the City.
