All of us go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without giving it a second thought. Here's where I differ from the rest of you. The very first couple of weeks were fine I. managed to get all the little jobs that pile up done. Then in the third week, a malaise started to creep in. I had absolutely nothing to do, nowhere to go, and loads of time to kill. I began to get depressed.

We have a no smoking policy in our home, imposed on the majority (me & my father) by the minority (my mother). From here, you can see the entryway to our neighbour's house and the fronts of two houses throughout the street. I began to choose up on when the mums strolled their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the canine for a walk, and when they sat in the garden.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the people who walk past your home. I started with a friendly hi and progressed to the point where I usually walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. Many people would disrupt me now, and say that most ladies at home do what I do, talk and stop with the other women. I have 2 replies. One, I'm male, and 2, you do not know the half of everything. It's a extremely little street, 8 semi-detached homes and 1 detached (that's 5 buildings in all). Next is Sheila's house, she's a huge Irish female in her 60's. Last on this site is the separated house where Steve and Mandy live with their two teenage children.

On the right-hand side of the road, we start with Linda's home. She recently separated from her partner and is in the procedure of moving.
