I had nothing to do, no place to go, and loads of time to eliminate. I began to get depressed.

We have a no smoking policy in our home, enforced on the majority (me & my dad) by the minority (my mom). From here, you can see the entrance to our neighbour's house and the fronts of 2 homes across the street. I started to select up on when the mums strolled their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the pet for a walk, and when they sat in the garden.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with many of the individuals who walk past the home. I started with a friendly hi and advanced to the point where I usually stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. Most people would disrupt me now, and say that many females at home do what I do, chat and stop with the other women. It's a really small street, 8 semi-detached homes and 1 removed (that's 5 buildings in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a uninhabited home, and then beside that is. Next up is Graham's house, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's home, she's a big Irish lady in her 60's. Last on this site is the detached house where Steve and Mandy live with their two teenage sons.

On the right-hand side of the roadway, we begin with Linda's home. Next is our house. Last on the row was a bloke who worked somewhere in the City.
