We all go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without providing it a 2nd idea. I started to pick up on when the mums walked their kids to school when they returned when they went out shopping, when they took the pet dog for a walk, and when they beinged in the garden. With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the routine times and I would find myself unconsciously having a cigarette when these ladies went about their daily routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the people who walk past your home. I began with a friendly hello and advanced to the point where I usually walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. Most people would disrupt me now, and state that a lot of females in your home do what I do, chat and stop with the other women. I have two replies. Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a uninhabited house, and then next to that is. where Jody lives. She's a 70 odd-year-old widower, who is always first with any chatter. Next up is Graham's house, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's home, she's a big Irish lady in her 60's. Then last on this website is the detached home where Steve and Mandy cope with their two teenage children. They remain in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the road, we begin with Linda's home. Next is our home. Last on the row was a chap who worked someplace in the City.
