With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would discover myself unconsciously having a cigarette when these women tackled their day-to-day routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the individuals who stroll past the house. I began with a friendly hey there and advanced to the point where I typically stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. A lot of people would interrupt me now, and state that a lot of women at house do what I do, stop and talk with the other ladies.
