We all go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without providing it a 2nd thought. With absolutely nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would discover myself subconsciously having a cigarette when these women tackled their daily routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with the majority of the people who walk past your house. I started with a friendly hey there and progressed to the point where I generally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. The majority of people would interrupt me now, and state that a lot of ladies in the house do what I do, talk and stop with the other women. I have two replies. One, I'm male, and 2, you do not understand the half of it all. I think it's time I provided you a total image of our street and individuals who live on it. It will can be found in useful in the future. It's a really small street, 8 semi-detached homes and 1 separated (that's 5 buildings in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a vacant home, and then next to that is. where Jody lives. She's a 70 odd-year-old widower, who is always very first with any chatter. Next up is Graham's house, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's house, she's a huge Irish female in her 60's. Last on this website is the removed home where Steve and Mandy live with their two teenage children. They remain in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the road, we start with Linda's house. Next is our home. Last on the row was a bloke who worked somewhere in the City.
