November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with many of the people who walk past the home. I started with a friendly hello and advanced to the point where I generally walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. On the right-hand side of the road, we begin with Linda's house. She just recently separated from her spouse and is in the procedure of moving.
