We all go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without providing it a second idea. With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would discover myself subconsciously having a cigarette when these women went about their everyday routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with many of the people who walk past the house. I started with a friendly hello and advanced to the point where I usually stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. Many individuals would disrupt me now, and state that many females at home do what I do, talk and stop with the other ladies.
