From here, you can see the entryway to our neighbour's house and the fronts of 2 houses across the street. After cigarette smoking almost continually when the anxiety embeded in, I started to observe the comings and goings of individuals in the street. I began to detect when the mums strolled their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the pet for a walk, and when they sat in the garden. With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would discover myself unconsciously having a cigarette when these females tackled their daily routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with the majority of individuals who stroll past the house. I started with a friendly hello and progressed to the point where I generally walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. She is in her mid 30's and has 2 pre-teen daughters Emma and Becky. Next is our house. I have not presented myself yet, so now would be a good time.
