November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with many of the people who walk past the house. I began with a friendly hey there and progressed to the point where I usually stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. Most people would interrupt me now, and state that a lot of ladies at house do what I do, chat and stop with the other women.
