With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the routine times and I would find myself unconsciously having a cigarette when these females set about their everyday regimens.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the people who walk past the home. I started with a friendly hi and advanced to the point where I usually walk down to the garden gate and have a chat.
